Not surprising really as Wyoming, despite being overwhelmingly Republican, has a few small areas of relative Democratic strength. Teton County which contains ski resorts was carried by Clinton in 2016, Albany County has the University of Wyoming and there is a still a decent Democratic vote in Cheyenne (Laramie County). In contrast the Nebraska 3rd is almost exclusively rural / small town with almost no potential for decent levels of votes for most Democratic candidates.
I would remind you that extremism in the defence of liberty is no vice! And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue!
