I visited this district 3 years ago. It has quite the New England hipster feel to it, with lots of microbreweries, vegan restaurants, gluten-free doughnut shops, Air B&Bs, at least two universities, plus unusual tourist attractions like a giant globe and the cryptozoology museum that suggest it is full of educated people who have more time, space and money than they know what to do with.
In a normal, healthy, multiparty democracy, if it were ever to turn away from the Democrats, it would sooner go Green than Republican. Given the way electoral processes actually work in the US, this time it will easily break for Biden.
It does also contain Walker Point, though, which is of historic importance to the GOP. (There's a reason the W in Dubya stands for 'Walker'!) I suspect its much larger and quite different northern neighbour will be of greater psephological interest to most on these boards.
Prosperity with Europe; peace and friendship with all nations. Some day, we shall come back. Yes, we shall come back.
