Actually looks like their candidate for Melford was shifted to Sudbury where their original candidate seems to be re-nominated as an Independent (!)

Former Ipswich MP Sandy Martin is standing in Rushmere division where Labour had a 15.3% majority in 2017.

Michael Crick posted on Twitter that in the Malling Central ward there were two Labour candidates nominated for a one member ward and my immediate thought that he was referring to this ward.

That's funny, my immediate thought was that he was referring to the Malling Central division.

There is some discussion of the Malling one on the Kent thread. I have yet to find out how this happened.

So the totals for Suffolk:
75 - Con 73 - Lab 58 - Grn 48 - LD 23 - Ind 3 - West Suffolk Independents 2 - Communist Party of GB 1 - Burning Pink
So 2 Communists, but no Reform, UKIP or UKIP off-shoots.
