I notice that the article seems to think that Manor Castle ward is simply called "Manor". It doesn't 'think' that. It states that "Pat was elected in 1987 for Nether Edge and represented it for eight years before moving to Manor ward." In 1995 Manor and Castle were separate wards so it is perfectly accurate to describe her move in those terms while neglecting to mention subsequent ward boundary changes seems to me to be supremely unimportant |

The rumour is that Bob Johnson (Hillsborough ward and Cabinet Member for Transport) is in line to take over, but this is Sheffield Labour so who knows what could end up happening!

Also Cllr Jack Scott (Park & Arbourthorne, alongside current leader Julie Dore) has been apparently been reinstated to Labour after a suspension earlier in the year. He is next up for election in 2022.

Victory for moderates over Momentum.
Somewhat of a generalisation I suppose but in principle he’s definitely in the more sensible camp.

Have no real impression of Bob Johnson at all, other than he's an uncontroversial choice. Time will tell what that actually means.
