Ah yes, the infamous referendum leaflet. The supreme example of the Lib Dems's characteristic duplicity.  It was a stupid policy that was subsequently, mercifully, dropped (highly divisive in the party too, sound familiar...?). Just one policy though, I'm not sure what you must think of the duplicity involved in multiple massive policy pledges being summarily dropped by a majority governing party, in some cases within a matter of a few weeks after they've been made... 🤔

Mr Mellie is one of the growing number of people who have referred to the Chancellor as Jeremy Cunt.
