If she wants more visibility, Reform is probably the better option for her. She'd instantly become one of their top figures. I could see her joining a micro-party, and they would surely not turn down the attendant publicity. Of course the Party Of Women is an obvious one, but there is also the SDP (who are pretty TERF friendly) Is she a TERF? (i.e. a trans-exclusionary radical feminist) Or are you using TERF as a form of shorthand.

Such a claim can certainly be made, especially if you take things such as Twitter "likes" into account.

No, it's not "extremist" to believe something that 75% of the population believe - that single-sex spaces are crucial for female safety and that sterilising disturbed children is un-ethical. That is a mischaracterization of the nature of Duffield's extremism. There is a very big difference between the average person who, if asked, will say "yeah humans are divided into two sexes", and the radical extremists like JK Rowling, Kellie-Jay Keen, Rosie Duffield, etc. Such individuals make something which the vast majority of people think very little about into a core part of their identity. They frequently engage in misogynistic harassment of women who they do not consider to be gender-conforming enough– see the harassment of Imane Khelif and the rise in targeting of butch lesbians in women's toilets whilst accusing them of "not being women". They have utterly convinced themselves of nonsensical views such as believing that men who want to target women will voluntarily go through chemical sterilisation solely to try to get closer to women (?) The fact that extremists like this make such views a core part of their identity does have the implication that they would consider joining a party which aligns with their views here even if not on other matters.

There isn't any difference at all because none of the three people you cite have made the issue "a core part of their identity", you couldn't possibly know that. They talk about it because it is brought up and has been raised to prominence by trans activists, I occasionally encounter people who think the earth is flat, a belief nearly as ridiculous as that of people who believe in transgenderism. When I do I dispute their nonsense, if there were more of them I'd dispute more often but that wouldn't make a belief in the globe a core part of my identity.

Newsflash: "Butch lesbians" harrassed in women's toilets in Wrexham. That must have been Rosie after that wicked nonsense she said about, "only women have a cervix". Wash her mouth out with soap and stick her in the stocks. She's got a boyfriend AND she visits him. The evil deepens....

JK Rowling discusses this stuff far more than she discusses what she is actually known for, her works of fiction. Keen started a political party over it. And Duffield has been extremely vocal in her general support of that ideology. I'm not sure what "transgenderism" is meant to be. I believe consenting adults should be free to do what they like with their body, even if it's potentially harmful like smoking. Choosing to undergo medical intervention to make one's body more closely resemble that of the other sex, and choosing to dress oneself in a manner atypical of one's birth sex, are both things which any consenting adult should obviously be free to do, as a basic liberal principle.

Galloway has made reference to LGBT+ issues that leads me to believe it could be a good fit.

She also progressive on immigration, the EU etc, which really doesn’t suggest a link up with Galloway.

Rosie Duffield's pro-Europeanism may make her a poor fit with the SDP.

Almost everyone except nut jobs agrees with her on gender identity Almost nobody except nut jobs cares that much
This issue is closed now. Transwomen are actually blokes. Sorry, but thems the scientific facts.
People who made their careers out of denying that fact fall into two camps. 1/ Those who believed it. They are toast. 2. those who went along with it, even those who propagated it, with the same enthusiasm as they propagated Zero Covid, Net Zero, Remain and grief at the loss of HMQE2. They are not toast. They are highly respected public servants.

I don’t believe they are likely to be have been sincere just as I don’t believe her concern for pensioners or standards in public life are sincere. That’s not to say that she has lied or put on a front, but that her statements were more of a convenience to another end. I would have far more respect for RD if they had simply come out and said ‘I’m not really here for run of the mill politics, but I’d like to use my salaried position and office budget to be a full time campaigner on trans issues for the next 4 years’

They are free to do it, and none of the people you mentioned are trying to remove that ability. Why would J K Rowling be talking about her own books that she wrote twenty years ago?

So in summary, monomaniac attracts support from monomaniacs and opposition from monomaniacs.
