I don't have such a map, but if you find one in a graphics format that MS Paint can't handle (or if you just want a powerful graphics program for free), you might want to try the GIMP, which is the free/open source equivalent of Photoshop.

All maps on Wikipedia can be downloaded as .png under Other Resolutions.

I have a map. But not of that sort.

Turning out some boxes of books in my mother's garage yesterday, I came across a copy of the 2009 version of Geographer's company map of Counties and Unitary Authorities.

If anyone would like it, I'm happy to post it to them.
