This is something I prepared many years ago and meant to post. All the changes in Parliamentary boundaries made in the Representation of the People Bill in the 1917-18 session. I'm sort of assuming, but haven't checked, that the Bill as introduced exactly copied the boundaries as proposed by the Boundary Commissions.
Changes made in Committee, 7th and 8th November 1917
1. Parliamentary Borough of Finsbury and Holborn (returning two members) was divided into two Parliamentary Boroughs (Finsbury, Holborn) each returning one member. Amendment moved by Sir James F. Remnant, Bt. (C, Finsbury, Holborn).
2. Change to the boundaries of the North and West divisions of the Parliamentary Borough of Islington to move the part of Tufnell Ward proposed to be included in the West to the North division. Amendment moved by Sir George A. Touche (C, Islington, North) and supported by Rt. Hon. Thomas Lough (L, Islington, West).
3. Change to the boundaries of the Balham and Tooting and Streatham divisions of the Parliamentary Borough of Wandsworth to move the part of Balham Ward proposed to be included in Streatham to the Balham and Tooting division. Amendment moved by Samuel Samuel (C, Wandsworth) and supported by Frederick Hall (C, Camberwell, Dulwich).
4. Change to the description of the constitution of the Parliamentary Borough of Hythe to take account of the fact that Folkestone is a Borough. Amendment moved by Ronald McNeill (C, Kent, St. Augustine’s).
5. Change of the name of the Parliamentary Borough of The Medway Boroughs to Rochester. Amendment moved by Sir Ernest H. Lamb (L, Rochester) and supported by Rt. Hon. Laurence Hardy (C, Kent, Ashford). A rival amendment to change the name to Chatham was proposed by Gerald F. Hohler (C, Chatham). In consequence, the Chatham division was renamed Gillingham, and the Rochester division was renamed Chatham.
6. Change of the name of the Parliamentary Borough of Morley to Batley and Morley. Amendment moved by W. Tyson Wilson (Lab, Lancashire, Westhoughton) and supported by Theodore C. Taylor (L, Lancashire, Radcliffe-cum-Farnworth).

8. Change of the name of the Central division of the Parliamentary Borough of Plymouth to Drake. Amendment moved by A. Shirley Benn (C, Plymouth).
9. Change of the name of the East division of the Parliamentary Borough of Plymouth to Sutton. Amendment moved by A. Shirley Benn (C, Plymouth).
10. Change to the boundaries of the Montrose District of Burghs and the Parliamentary County of Forfar to remove the Borough of Kirriemuir from the Montrose District to the Parliamentary County of Forfar. Amendment moved by James Falconer (L, Forfar), and supported by Robert V.V. Harcourt (L, Montrose Burghs).
11. Change to the name of the Chester division of the Parliamentary County of Chester to City of Chester. Amendment proposed by Sir Owen C. Phillipps (C, Chester) and supported by John F.L. Brunner (L, Cheshire, Northwich), Gershom Stewart (C, Cheshire, Wirral), Sir Alan J. Sykes (C, Cheshire, Knutsford) and Harry Barnston (C, Cheshire, Eddisbury).
12. Change to the boundaries of the Eddisbury and Northwich divisions of the Parliamentary County of Chester to move the Urban District of Runcorn and the Civil Parish of Weston from the Eddisbury division to the Northwich division. 14. Change to the name of the Stalybridge division of the Parliamentary County of Chester to Stalybridge and Hyde. Amendment moved by John F.L. Change to the boundaries of the King’s Lynn and South-Western divisions of the Parliamentary County of Norfolk to move the part of the Rural District of Downham which consists of the Civil Parishes of Wiggenhall St. Germans, Wiggenhall St. Mary the Virgin, Wiggenhall St. Mary Magdalen, and Wiggenhall St. Peter from the South-Western division to the King’s Lynn division, and the part of the Rural District of Marshland which consists of the Civil Parishes of Outwell and Upwell from the King’s Lynn division to the South-Western division. 24. Change to the description of the constitution of the divisions of the Parliamentary County of Carmarthen to correct a clerical error that described them as consisting of parts of the Administrative County of Carnarvon.
25. Change to the name of the St. Andrews division of the Parliamentary County of Fife to Eastern. Amendment moved by Rt. Hon. Herbert H. Asquith (L, Fife, Eastern).
26. Change to the constitution of the University constituencies in England to create a new constituency of the University of London returning one member, and reduce the representation of the University of Durham, the Victoria University of Manchester, the University of Wales, the University of Liverpool, the University of Leeds, the University of Sheffield, the University of Birmingham, and the University of Bristol to two members. Amendment moved by Sir Philip Magnus, Bt. (C, London University) and agreed to on division (Ayes, 162; Noes, 34).
