Does anyone know what's happened to the person who used to run this forum, namely Kristofer Keane? (Hope he doesn't mind me asking). He doesn't appear to be listed as a forum member anymore.

His handle is now "scottishelections", but he is an infrequent poster these days. He is also still active on Twitter (or was very recently)

Last I heard he was moving back up to Scotland (he lived in the Black Country for a while).

Hi folks,
I should probably introduce myself. I'm Matthew, I'm a centre right Conservative living in the Southampton bit of Romsey and Southampton North, currently doing my final year of a Politics and Economics degree. Not sure what more people say in introductions, but if you want to know more do ask!

A word of advice sometimes can get heated with so many differing opinions, but don't take it to heart...

Hello everyone. I would like to introduce myself.
I have really reading the forum over the past few years, but fancied getting involved.
I live in the Sevenoaks constituency and re-joined the Conservative party after the general election. I voted remain in the EU referendum, but fully support what the government is trying to achieve in the Brexit negotiations and do not want a second referendum.
On a more personal note, I have degrees in History and Law and my other hobby is motor racing.

My guess is that your political views are shared by a significant chunk of the population but perhaps under-represented here, so I look forward to hearing more from you.

Hi everyone,
My name is Robbie and I'm originally from Aberdeenshire in Scotland but now studying History and Politics at Strathclyde University. I first became involved in local activism when I was 14, however I'm yet to find a party. I found that I enjoyed crunching numbers and putting together predictions in the quick succession of elections after the 2014 Independence Referendum. I'm really looking forward to contributing to and learning from the forum.
For a shameless plug, my Twitter handle is @robbie_nicoll for infrequent musings especially around election time!

Welcome aboard, nice to have more members from Kent, and the more moderate(?) wing of the Tory party is somewhat under-represented on this forum at present.

I'm on a similar page to you re: Brexit and, more importantly, live in the adjoining East Surrey seat. Anybody from Reigate or Crawley around? We could get a game of Constituency Blockbusters going!

Anybody from Reigate or Crawley around? This probably belongs in the Useless Travel Facts thread, but I had to get off the train at Three Bridges instead of Horsham yesterday because of this incident.

Hi all, I'm a new member here. I'm an overseas Brit doing a PhD in Sweden, though originally from idyllic Shropshire (hence the avatar). As to political leanings, well I'd describe myself as a Wet, socially liberal, economically conservative and a eurosceptic europhile. You wanted to Remain and Leave? Well, it's great to stay in but eventually you've got to pull out.
