I suppose so but I’m old enough to remember UK Polling Report, feasted on that for a few years. That peaked around 2008! Certainly died by 2015. Lingered on until a few years ago, the present site bearing the same name is a totally pale imitation.

As tonyhill I posted regularly for several years, but some time last autumn my computer suddenly refused to allow me to log on to the Forum. As this coincided with a health scare for my partner, who fortunately is fine now, and a busy period at work, I let my membership drop for a few months. But with a general election coming up I thought I'd better re-register. I think I'd got to about 1975 posts - I kind of doubt I'll reach that figure again!

Lovely to have you back here Tony sorry to hear about the circumstances of your absence, but I'm very glad to hear that your partner is better!

I can name every MP & their constituency generally speaking but there is always a gap of perhaps 2-3 weeks after a general election when I haven't learnt all of the new ones. Very occasionally I can forget a by-election winner if they're a bit forgettable or low-profile, but always remember most Lib Dem by-election winners are called Sarah. It's the law. Welcome to the forum! EDIT : I have trouble avoiding confusing the 2 MPs with extremely similar names of the same party who represent Glasgow South and Cumbernauld, Kilsyth & East Kirkintilloch. As a Labour supporter, I hope that I no longer have to worry about that soon I welcomed you to the forum but I'm sorry to say I have not found your posts impressive at all so far. The Enoch Powell joke was not pleasant either. I hope your posts improve TBF

I was of course referring to swingometer. My posts are not always impressive but sometimes they may have a certain value.
