Elected on 3 May 2012: Con 12, Lab 3, Lib Dem 2 – 1 Con unopposed • On 4 May 2013, it was reported that David Snow (Witney North) had resigned from the Conservative Party. The Council website now shows him as an Independent. • On 7 November 2013, Geoff Saul (Lab) held the seat in Chipping Norton, following the death of Rob Evans (Lab) • On 22 May 2014, Richard Bishop (Con) held the seat in Stonesfield and Tackley, after Derrick Millard had been forced to resign as a result of ill health. He had served as a parish and district councillor for over 34 years • On 7 May 2015, Warwick Robinson (Con) held the second seat in Hailey, Minster Lovell and Leafield, after Simon Hoare (Con) resigned, following his selection to fight Dorset North in the forthcoming General Election. Warwick Robinson was the retiring member in Hailey, Minster Lovell and Leafield, but his seat was won by fellow Conservative, Gill Hill.

20 August 2015 – Witney North – Con gain from Independent – Carol Reynolds (Con) gained the by-election, caused by the resignation of David Snow (Independent), because his work commitments only allowed him to attend evening meetings, but he had been allocated an afternoon committee (retires 2016).

Liberal Democrats held Woodstock and Bladon by 17 votes over Conservatives. Conservatives held Hailey, Minster Lovell and Leafield by 51 votes over an Independent. Labour held Witney East by 78 votes over Conservatives.
