Up for election Lab 11 Con 6 Our West Lancs ( elected as Con 1)

The split vote between Conservative and the Our West Lancs councillor in Derby could well lead to a Labour gain . The Conservative held small wards of Halsall and Rufford may be vulnerable to Labour and an Independent respectively .
