Looks to me like INEC benignly looks on while locals forge results or don't. Hence the widespread accusations against chairman of 'Independent' National Electoral Commission (INEC), Mahmood Yakubu. The doctoring of Unit certified forms appears to have intensified with those involved in declaring LGA results and similarly, the Federal results. There's so much evidence uploaded on Twitter. Here's just one example: In Rivers State, Oygbo LGA INEC announced Oyigbo APC - 16,330 LP - 10,784 PDP - 1,046 But the certified INEC sheet from the party agents states: LP - 22,289 APC - 2,731 /photo/1

And another Rivers State, Eleme LGA /photo/1 The Rivers state results were always extremely suspect, no reason for Tinubu strength there.

Turnout data has been released by INEC. Turnout stood at just 26.71% (25.3M) despite increased voter registration (93.5M). Anecedotally, I've heard fear within communities constrained many who wanted to vote. Turnout in Bayelsa State looks the lowest at just 16.38%!

Looks genuine to me. Premier League should update its tables. Is there a decent ballpark estimate of the 'real' results anywhere ('real' because there's no way to account for voter intimidation or good old village bloc voting) - Tinubu clearly didn't really win, but did Obi? Or should this have gone to a runoff? Between whom?

Over 250,000 people have a signed a petition calling on UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Asia to cancel Nyesom Wike’s visa! Although even more have signed a petition calling on UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Asia to cancel INEC chairman, Mahmood Yakubu's visa!

But Wike is a PDP politician who supported Obi if I remember correctly… PDP (and sought the presidential nomination but lost to Abubakar) but then went and endorsed Tinubu. But have a look at his own 'elections'. It's clear that state at least is not a democracy in any way.

Every Nigerian and election observer with more than half a brain knows Tinubu winning Rivers fairly is practically impossible…

50-50 chance imo, but I'm pretty confident Abubakar would have beaten both of them tbh.

More news on the voting in Rivers state. The declaration of the votes was given by someone who apparently wasn't who he said he was. www.bbc.co.uk/news/65163713
