Does he mean MV1, MV2, MV3 or all 3? Plonker! You can certainly call him a Plonker if there weren't 28 Tories who voted against all 3 and he claims there were. But commenting without knowing makes you sound the Plonker in this case.

The Brexit Party standing down for the MPs who voted down Brexit?! You'd suggest they should stand down in favour of dedicated supporters of the UK leaving the EU like Gauke and P Hammond would you? Laughable.

Your marvelling at it shows you have no understanding of it. Even the least politically minded person in the street knows that those you would have the Brexit Party standing down in favour of are active supporters of the EU and those you would have the Brexit Party opposing are its most active opponents. Are we all meant to live in your convenient fantasy world where reality doesn't matter so long as we stay in teh EU?

I'm not suggesting that the Brexit Party do anything. I just think it's amusing that the people who they're standing down for are the reason why Brexit hasn't actually happened.

You clearly have no understanding of what Brexit means in practice. FYI it shouldn't mean we sign up to whatever the EU produces so that in as few years a possible the UK (or what remains) is in such a humiliated & degraded atate that we beg to come back in under any circumstanc that the EU deign to offer.

Are you actually serious? The outcome where we're most likely to beg to come back in under any circumstances is No Deal. The reality is that the softer the Brexit deal, the less damage Brexit would do to the country and the less difference rejoining would make. May's deal is about as hard as Brexit could get without making things difficult enough for enough people to sustain a mass rejoin campaign on primarily economic grounds. Even if the government's own report into the consequences of No Deal is on the pessimistic side, that outcome is going to leave us in a humiliated and degraded state, with a substantial portion of the population demanding that the government negotiates a re-entry into the EU.

Here is the one we actually used to vote, since you seem to have forgotten www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/eureferendum/12122349/This-is-what-the-ballot-paper-for-the-EU-referendum-vote-will-look-like.html

That merely reflects the rather stark difference in what they see to be a real gold standard Brexit and your much more modest BRINO version as advanced by the Remainer hoodwinker May.

If the Tories take notice of these polls, they may be less keen on an early election and try & go for a no-deal Brexit before having one, hoping that legally they get away with it. Some suggest the courts would step in to force delivery of the letter..

Whilst you may prefer to major on that, the real message of these "quickie" polls following this week's events seems to be the Tories aren't getting the big boost in popularity some pundits (who are *far* too willing to buy their disingenuous "we represent THE PEOPLE" framing) were quite sure would happen.
Interesting times.
