I recently wrote a long blog post on the Irish Border and Brexit - it is designed to be part one of three (although who knows when the other parts will come) - it is here. It's more theoretical and abstract than most of what is written - I'm not that interested in the nitty-gritty of trade law - but I feel some really basic points need to be made.
The book is misunderstood. It is not about bureaucratic court systems and totalitarianism, it is allegorical, the accusations, denunciations and appeals are all within the head of K himself. He is accusing himself and inventing mechanisms and obstacles to play out the trial of himself.
